•	This Season Pass is not transferable.
•	This Season Pass is not valid for any held in organized competitions in Kukup Resort Management Sdn Bhd.
•	Golfing Season Pass holders have to pay for the Buggy rental upon registration.
•	Golfing Season Pass holders have to produce this card at the golf registration counter personally.
•	Golfing Season Pass holders if found to have been misused the card, will be cancelled without notification and money paid will be forfeited.
•	Golfing Season Pass holders are entitled to a 10% discount for restaurant outlet and villa accommodations.
